Felicia Elerson is a native of Milwaukee Wisconsin. During her early childhood years, she resided
in Gretna Louisiana, and Anchorage Alaska, and returned to her hometown to attend middle school
at John Muir and spent her high school years at Riverside University High School and joined the
US Army Reserves during this period. In early childhood, she discovered that her success would
depend on adaptability, versatility, hard work, and service to others.
After high school graduation, she relocated to Nashville, TN where she worked for the Davidson
County Sheriff’s Office. Her time there taught her the value of a positive attuited and the
importance of process. It was during this time that she attended a sales conference that changed her
career track and her life in many ways. Felicia has spent the last 20+ years building a highly
successful sales career and giving back along the way. Felicia also went back to school and earned
her BS in Admin during this time.
Felicia is happy to join SW Enterprises as their new Vice President of Operations and is looking
forward to the new challenges this role will present.
